1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EcoOffset app ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
2.1. In order to use the App, you may be required to create an account at CNaught. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activities or actions taken under your account.
3. Commission and Payments
3.1 Users who use the App to sell carbon offsets through their Wix Stores can specify a commission fee for each order from 0-10%.
3.1. Users who use the App to sell carbon offsets through their Wix Stores will earn a commission fee for each order.
3.2. Users sell the Carbon Offsets with a commission fee to their customers, meaning users will receive the amount paid to CNaught and the comission fee on top.
4. Carbon Offset Sales
4.1. The App allows users to sell carbon offsets through their Wix Stores. The carbon offsets are purchased after a customer paid his order by the users own CNaught account. The user sells the carbon offsets at a price of the price for Carbon Offsets at CNaught + the specified comission fee.
4.2. The App is not responsible for the procurement, pricing, or quality of carbon offsets. Users are responsible for their interactions with CNaught and their customers regarding the carbon offsets.
5. Privacy
5.1. User data collected by the App will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content and materials provided by the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to use or reproduce this content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
8. Termination
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
